  • Booking details: selected services, date and time of appointment, specialist, booking history.
  • Health-related information you choose to share with us (for example, allergies or skin sensitivity) so that we can provide services safely.
  • Payment details: transaction amount, date, payment method, status and the last 4 digits of the card. Full card data is entered on the secure page of our licensed payment provider and is not stored by us.
  • We do not collect passport or other identity documents.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies, collected through Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica and Meta Pixel.

3. How we use your data

  • To book, confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointments.
  • To provide services safely and with the right quality.
